Steve Cashdollar has dedicated 25 years of his life to helping people discover and put into action the tools, strategies and resources that create extraordinary results and amazing levels of personal success. As the originator of the Inspiring Greatness series, Steve Cashdollar is uniquely qualified to talk about success. He achieved a major goal at age 32 when he founded a radio broadcasting company with the purchase of a radio station in his hometown in Indiana. He advised and consulted with radio broadcasters throughout the U.S including Infinity Broadcasting (CBS Radio) and Clear Channel Communications.

He was awarded the Top Five award from Merrill Lynch and Co. as a Sr. Financial Advisor and later went on to create Cashdollar and Co. a financial advisory firm.

Steve collaborated with Jack Canfield, Co-creator of the publishing phenomenon and Best Selling Series, Chicken Soup for the Soul, and the New York Times bestseller, Success Principles. They taught the innovative STAR Training Program to organizations throughout North America, including AT&T, IBM, American Management Association, US Air, US Air Force, VA Hospitals, Kaiser-Permanente, Ameritech, The US House of Representatives, Gillette, Mead Paper, Raytheon, and many others. Steve has also trained college athletes, Olympic hopefuls, CEO’s, managers, healthcare professionals, teachers, coaches, leaders, and others.
Steve is the author of the book, Simple Courage and the creator of the online Inspiring Greatness e-courses along with the life-changing 10 Day E-Course “How to Take Risks, Take Action and Make a Difference”. He is the creator of the Inspiring Greatness 30-Day Audio Program.

As a life-long goal setter and adventurer, Steve has sailed around the coastline of America, raced in the Chicago to Mackinaw sail races, flown a small plan across the country, and raced 1000 miles across Italy in the Mille Miglia, vintage auto race.
Steve is a member of the National Speakers Association, an advocate for ocean conservation and a participating member of Oceana and Earth Echo.
