Gary Morris is president and chief operating officer of Clabber Girl Corporation, the Indiana based manufacturer of America’s leading retail baking powder. Involved in the food industry for over 25 years in sales, marketing and production; he has worked for Canteen Corporation in sales and operations and been a partner in the largest contract foodservice company in Southeast Michigan. Morris also owned a food brokerage business and a direct marketing services business prior to joining Clabber Girl Corporation in 1999. Morris is very active in the community and is affiliated with many civic and philanthropic organizations. He serves on the executive committee for the Terre Haute Chamber of Commerce Board, is currently the secretary of the ISU Foundation Board, and has been the acting chair for the United Way Pilot Campaign from 2003 to 2007. Morris is also an active member of the Terre Haute Area Economic Development Corporation Board, Wabash Valley Community Foundation Board and Terre Haute Rotary. An Indiana native, Morris grew up in Monrovia and graduated from Indiana State University in 1975.
